You can output your Pipe in a variety of ways including:
- HTML (Get as a Badge)
- Add to My Yahoo!
- Add to iGoogle
- Get as RSS
- Get as JSON
- Bloglines
- Netvibes
- Newsgator
- My AOL
- Results by Email or Phone
- Get as PHP
The HTML Badge is used if you want to put the Pipe on your web page. When you click on the “Get as a Badge” link, a pop-up will come up and offer you a few customization options before you export it.
It will customize the HTML code depending on whether you put it in:
- TypePad
- Blogger
- WordPress
- iGoogleOr default embed it (used for normal web pages)
You can also choose whether you want your Pipe to display as a “List” (content based) or “Images” (picture based – think slideshow), height, and width, by clicking on the “Customize the size, type and settings of your Badge”:
The rest of the publishing options (listed above), will handle the publishing differently and take you to their respective pages. For example, the iGoogle publishing option will take you to the iGoogle page.
