Here is a list of deprecated modules in Yahoo Pipes that have been replaced by better ones:
BabelFish – A language translation service – has been replaced by the “Translate” module.
Content Analysis Module – Analyzes each item in an RSS feed and picks out the most important words – has been replaced by the “Term Extractor” module.
For Each: Annotate Module – Merges data from two separate feeds – has been replaced by the “Loop” module.
For Each: Replace Module – A sub module that performs actions on each item in an input feed – has been replaced by the “Loop” module.
